Class 3: Drop It Like It’s Hot

Barbell edition!  

It was my first time ever doing squats with a barbell… what?! you’re thinking, I know… but it was!  I loved it.  Super fun.  Big burn… drop sets are killer.  I’m technically now supposed to do the Recovery and Mobility DVD from P90X2 but I really want to sit here and be lazy.  If I feel the urge to, I will… maybe I will just foam roll.  To be honest, I have belly dancing tonight too, and three workouts (even if one of them is a “rest” routine) is a bit much, even for me.  So… yes.  Not an excuse, just my thought process.  

Also, I need to up my water intake.  I’ve noticed I’ve been feeling really sick lately around midafternoon and getting headaches - I want to make sure it’s not a lack of water that’s causing it.
